This set is perfect for men and the sentiment is so beautiful....
"Admired, Respected, Loved...that's you"
I'm going to add the stamp set to the bottom of this post so you can treat
yourselves... and please...show me your results, i'd love that.
When Stampin' an image to colour always use a waterproof ink. I'll include that below too!

No bones about it!

Hi all,
Thanks for stopping by..... My second blog of the week! Woohoo......there is a reason though, I had a stall to sell some of my cards at an event raising money for the Amy Winehouse Foundation and so set aside a good few days to totally update my stock.

Here's a little pic of my stall!

It gave me a chance to have a play with some of this seasons new stamp sets and I totally enjoyed it. No Bones about jumped out at me when I first saw the new catalogue. As a mum to boys its a fun and versatile set that I'll use endlessly....for their friends birthdays especially!

So its great to have the opportunity to share this fantastic product with you. I love the extra stamps such as leaves, vines, footprints and even a party hat!! as well as great sentiments too. It gives the option to build us a really fun scene.

I also used it to make my husbands Father Day card from our 3 boys!

Its a photopolymer stamp set which is a clear stamp which you mount onto an acrylic block. This makes layering the stamps really easy as you can see where you are going with it. With a few lovely green and brown inks this would be so easy to recreate.
For all orders with me in the months of July and August of £15 I will send you a copy of the new 2015/16 catalogue FREE (worth £5)
For orders over £30 you will receive a free gift too!
Check out my shopping list below for an idea of what you may need...

                                                                  Great catching up....
Love sharing and receiving your comments!!

Watercolour Wings

Hi there,
hope you are all enjoying the rain!!! Where on earth is our UK summer. For those outside the UK....I'll just explain. We've had storms, rain, wind and not much sun....but we're still hopeful that maybe tomorrow will be the day!! Luckily myself and my boys got a few days away in Norfolk and it didn't rain too much

And on return I was SO itching to get into my craft room and have a play. I wanted to share a project from the stunning Watercolour wishes set. It comes in photopolymer and that makes it super easy to layer up your colours and build your image.

I used the fern stamp from the Butterfly basics stamp set to create the background. These were a moderate make....meaning they require an amount of crafting skill to create this project exactly....but that's not to say this cant be simplified and made into a beginners project. All projects by The Paper Haven can be adapted for all! Below I'm going to provide a product list for any of you that fancy getting hold of these beautiful stamps which you can purchase through my online store x

The inks I used were a selection, I definitely used the Pink Pirouette, Soft sky and So Saffron inks for the ferns and used some brighter colours for the butterflies. Please let me know if there is you have any questions, id love to support and encourage you to have a go.

You can also find me on Facebook....I have a page dedicated to my Stampin' Up venture called The Paper Haven and its a place to share your makes, get inspiration and just to chat and share our love of Stampin' Up! Pop over for a visit!

Thanks so much for stopping by,
your comments are lovely to receive
and I appreciate the time you've taken out to read my blog.

Special Bonus!!!
With a purchase of £15 I will be ending out a copy of the Annual Catalogue for FREE (worth £5)

XOXO
Yvonne

Beautiful Best Thoughts and the Gift Bag Punch Board

Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We're showcasing lots of gorgeous projects
using products from the new Stampin' Up!® Annual Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of
each post to keep hopping.

I decided to fuse together a new stamp set and punch board to create an elegant gift bag.

I made a large gift bag using a piece of 12x12 paper. Due to not having the new DSP yet I used some of the new envelope paper. This bag is holding a small bottle of wine fine strength wise. Using the Best Thoughts stamp set I used the flower stamp on water colour paper and aqua painted 6 images and used 3 to decoupage the other 3 to give a 3d effect. I used a ripped piece of Typeset DSP which I'm thrilled have survived the retirement list.

I used 3 of the new "in colors" Watermelon Wonder, Delightful Dijon and Mint Macaron
which are just beautiful to use.

There is also a very cute Butterfly mid flight stamp which I embossed in black and coloured using the Stampin Write markers. Then using the oval punch I created a couple of little tags which I attached with an antique brad.

I then also embossed the "you're in my thoughts" sentiment stamp from the box set and punched this out using the note tag punch. After accessorising with some organza ribbon as a handle I was done and ready for photos. So between gusts of wind, dogs, children and the phone I finally managed to get the shots I needed whilst it was still daytime.

Below is a list of supplies used...
Brand new!!!...... Best Thoughts Stamp set. Clear 138700 £9.00 (hostess set)
